    • Card Alliance Pte Ltd ("Card Alliance") operates a payment network under the name EPINS® which allows a card holder from participating banks to undertake direct debit transactions at various retail outlets that display the EPINS® logo and EPINS® and CashOut™ are registered marks and trademarks of Card Alliance.   2. Use of Website
    • The information at this EPINS® website is provided without any conditions or warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we provide access on the basis that we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions in relation to all promotional offers, advertisements and other such invitations to treat contained here. Material on this EPINS® website must not be republished online or offline without our permission.
    • The copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this EPINS® website are owned by Card Alliance or our fellow affiliated companies and must not be reproduced without our prior consent.

    • This Terms and Condtions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. The Parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.
